Oxyntomodulin (OXM)은 대장에서 발견되는 37개 아미노산 펩타이드 호르몬으로, 옥신토 점막의 옥신토 세포에서 생성됩니다. 이는 식욕을 억제하고 인간과 설치류에서 체중 감소를 유발하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.

Oxyntomodulin은 glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor (GLP1R)와 glucagon receptor (GCGR) 모두 활성화합니다. Glucagon (1-29)과 동일한 서열을 포함하지만, 추가적인 KRNKNNIA C-terminal sequence을 지닙니다.
이 항체는 운반 단백질에 결합된 Oxyntomodulin으로 토끼를 면역시켜 생성되었습니다.

Format:	Neat undiluted antiserum, lyophilized, packaged under nitrogen. Reconstitute by adding 50µl distilled water. This will give the equivalent of undiluted antiserum.
Stability:	Original vial: at least one year at 4º - 8ºC from date of delivery. Minimize repeated thawing and freezing of the antiserum by freezing aliquots at - 20ºC or below
Applications:	This antibody has been tested and validated in ELISA against Oxyntomodulin. Other applications like immunohistochemistry (IHC), FACS or Western Blot may work as well. Optimal dilutions should be determined by the end user.
